Anyone have a bathroom scale that measures BMI?

I ask because I got on mine the other day and it said I was at 20% body fat. Then I got on it this morning having lost 3.5 pounds and suddenly the thing says I have 38% body fat.

Do you have one of these scales? How accurate are they? I'm down to 120 lbs, but I assume if I had 38% bodyfat I would know it.

BTW, I started at 160 lbs. Go me!

1. How can it tell how tall you are ?

IIRC the BMI is calculated as you weight in kilogrammes divided by the square of your height in metres.

and it remembers it.

4. they make bmi scales? the ones that measure body fat, are they accurate?

i mean the home edition, not the ones at the doctors office.
