Twenty four hour clock question --
At 2400H, what time is it on the 12 hour clock? I missed that day of class.

2. 12 am - midnight. Though technically, that's 0 hour,

and one would never say 2400. The day runs 0:00:00 to 23:59:59.

Just like a year runs from Jan 1 to Dec. 31 (and not Jan. 1 to Jan 1).

6. The military uses the 24-hour clock.
1 a.m. is 0100, noon is 1200, 1 p.m. is 1300, 2 p.m. is 1400, on up to 2400 - midnight.

George W. Bush uses a different kind of clock: "The big hand is on the nine, and the little hand is on the two."

midnight is zero hundred hours..0100 , 0200,0300, etc for the am hours..

Military time runs from 0 hrs. to 2359.
