7. I think it would be hard for any of the leadership to post here under

their real names. First, we mightn't believe them, (which has apparently happened if the poster really was the Hon.) and if we did, it would be very hard for him/her to not have those quotes used against her/him when running for re-election.

I don't think any of them would really have the time to post in the first place, and, even if they did (and who really knows?), I really don't think they'd be dense enough to use their real names for all of the reasons you just gave and more. It would, indeed, have been neat, though.

...and I can tell you that the Mods take great care to police DU make it a safe and fair place. No one gets zapped without discussion and feedback from more senior mods. If Elad says he's a repeat offender, you can be SURE he (or she) was...

The DU Mods devote ALOT of time to what they do, and they do it very well. If a mistake is made, and 'stuff' happens, then it is corrected.

Everyone who's ever served Mod time here deserves a big 'thank you' from all of us, and without some of the 'oldtimers,' DU would not be the place we know and love.
