11. It's going around

I just got over something myself. Liquids and lots of rest. NyQuil was the only thing that helped me at night.

I have never had a flu shot. First time in as long as I can remember that I got sick. It was short lived. Got sick on Sunday and today it's Friday and here I am drink a nice glass of wine. This too shall pass!

Now my coughs have gone from being relativley dry to coughing up yellow sputum.

16. Can you get Euculyptus Oil?

Breathing that will really help your head. I just have a little bottle of the oil and I breathe it in. It stops infections like crazy.

And there is a bottled saline solution now that has euculyptus and menthol in it and it just works great - and is cheap.

I use it all the time for my sinuses which bother me during the winter. But it is also great for cold-like things.
