On DVD: Is the audio supposed to be 2 seconds faster than the video?
Naturally I have no idea what I am doing wrong, but if that's how DVDs work, I'm gonna stick to VHS. I watched a whole movie where the words never once came out of the right mouths. Some strange scenes where you heard someone slapped a few seconds before you saw it happen. New technology. Woe is me. Left behind in an 8-track world. Help! Where's the tracking button?

2. Unless it was "Attack of the Kilelr Tomatoes" or an old
kung fu film, dubbed, then the answer'd be 'no.' Sometimes bootleg copies are out of synch, apparently. Sounds like you'd want to be taking this one back.

4. no it happens all the time.......
.......all you have to do is rewind it a second and hit play....it corrects it....had a DVD player now going on 6 years and it'll do that a lot no matter how new or old a disc is...

5. Never seen that
I have seen then 'jitter' a bit now and then, after being on pause, but stopping and starting seems to fix that.

6. Well you will eventually....
....the audio and video are on different tracks.....at times they get out of wack a bit but it does happen...and it's not because it's a bad disc....
