because dogs are not allowed in the parks we have. We have to love the time our councilmembers spend on these "issues". :hi:

and I'm really not that keen on kids. Most often, however, they can still be taught proper public behavior. For Mr. or Ms. "Gonna talk on my cell-phone so loud they can hear it in the next county," there is no such hope. And, I'd rather hear a crying child than a really bad ringtone of "Disco Inferno" any day!

The only people that should be alllowed to eat in restaurants are people who cannot talk or cannot hear.

The 5-year-old triplets are extremely well-behaved in restaurants. Why? Because we have taken them to restaurants -- nice ones -- since they were tiny. As a result, they know how to behave.
