I was flipping through the channels and there was a close up of a penis and the voice over of its owner talking about it. I had to watch.

I guess when the guy sits down it pops back inside and there is surgery to fix it.

What was hilarious was that on American TV obviously we can't show a real penis on cable tv (This was E!). So they'd have this guy standing around with no pants on and a big blur where his pee-pee would be. But even though they can't show a REAL penis they could show sketches of the penis and what the problem does and how the surgery would work. I just couldn't figure how showing a drawing of a penis was ok but a real was was a no-no
