2. Razors take more care and aren't nearly as fast.
I personally think chewing them off works well for folks up to age 4 or 5.
After that a fine comb works if the "pills" aren't too tightly wound.

6. Great idea for a new job classification for the 4-5 yr. group
when we have to reinstitute child labor so that families can survive.

4. I had one of those years ago. I would say that if pills are your problem,
then yes. They get pills really well, or used to anyway. I imagine they've only gotten better over the years. I think some people don't like them because they don't get all the lint and hair. They do a good job on the pills though.

Good luck

5. They're great ! Buy the big head one--it's faster.
razors can cut your clothes.

They're sorta fun for the kid--mine spent hours shaving my sweaters when they were little.

8. LOL! I'm a stay-at -home Mom, and always joke that I went to college
just to spend my day "shaving" the upholstery on my family room sofa.
It IS quite satisfying..

7. I've used a razor for years. I use the ones I'm done with on my leggies.
Why waste?

9. I got one for Christmas one year. It works for me.
Although I have to admit that by the time a sweater gets to the "pill" stage, it's usually got other things wrong with it too that make it ready to toss.
