I really need to get some sleep
Both my boys are sick with coughs, fever, runny noses. Now I think I'm getting it too. If I don't get some rest, tomorrow will be torture. Why am I wide awake watching Entertainment Tonight? I hate all that gossipy shit.

Blech.

3. That sometimes happens to me.
Do you have a book you can read? Sometimes you have to try the opposite of what you think will work:

Not a boring as heck book, but one that you really want to read. You may get a page or two in and then fall asleep with the light still on.
