Speaking as a man who frequently has river water blasted deep into his sinuses, which causes the most exquistely infected nasal passages ever, I can't say enough good things about NyQuil--I don't know if you can get it it suddy suddern Switzerland, but if you can, don't be shy.

It doesn't make the code ib your node go away, but it will let sleep through it. It also seems to help reduce sinus pressure (mine were often plugged with pressurized concrete, wow that is unpleasant!)

But because the cold came on over the weekend, I wasn't able to get to the pharmacy to buy any of that stuff. (I try to avoid medication unless I'm nearly dead. I've heard nasty things about the active ingredient in cold medicines, too. :scared:)
