My quirky habit: I drive an automatic with two feet.
My first car would stall out at traffic lights or stop signs unless I kept my foot on the gas. So, to this day, I brake with my left foot.

Long distance driving can make for a charley horse.

What quirky things do you do?

1. Why do you hate America?
:silly:

My quirk? I can only sleep on my back if I force myself. I only sleep on my back when I have a cold.

5. I sometimes wake up with my arm in the air.
Just pointing up at the sky. I suppose it isn't that weird that you don't sleep on your back..

:D

My wife does that, too...
She raises her arm in her sleep--and usually winds up dropping it in my face. When I see her doing this, I just push the arm down.

12. At least I'm not the only one!
I will wake up sometimes with my legs crossed indian style and my head over my lap.

I am a seriously disturbed sleeper..lol.

2. I tried to do that the first time i took a driving lesson
because my mom drives a manual shift and you use two feet for that. The instructor yelled at me so i never did it again

7. I had driver's ed, but I think it was before I had that car.
I was still just starting, pretty much, so it has been pretty much always.

A lot of people say if you panic, you will press the wrong pedal, but I haven't had that problem.

3. I do that, too.
My first three cars were manual, so the two-foot thing still is in play.

14. Nothing wrong with that!
I think I brake faster. I am not one that rides the brakes, though.

I hate when I get stuck behind unneccesary brakers. It is good to regulate speed by using and letting up on the gas!

6. I type 55 wpm with my thumbs and the first two fingers.
Sort of a semi-touch style based on long experience with hunt and peck. After 40 years, I pretty much know where the keys are. Sometimes I use the little finger on the space bar.

I drive automatics with two feet, too, BTW. :hi:

9. LOL
When I had a cast on my left wrist, I could only use the middle finger on my left hand, but I dropped that when I dropped the cast.

You have an impressive talent, there!

17. A real productivity destroyer...
When I was an office temp, people used to pass by my desk, do a double-take, then tell everyone else to come see what I was doing. Lord knows how many person-hours of work were lost that way.

...and my wife drives stick (easy, perverts). Sometimes after driving her car, I go for the clutch with my left foot and slam my face into the steering wheel.

18. You're not alone. I drive with two feet also.
Many years ago, I broke my ankle and could not put too much pressure on my foot, so I began driving with both feet. And I can't get out of the habit.
