1. I think it's to fill the air when local stations are playing commercials

If I listen to AAR on the AAR station here, that's music thing doesn't happen, but if I stream in, I get the music. They could pick something better, couldn't they? :hi:

I've always, since the launch of the thing, streamed it which I guess is supposed to be the stream from WLIB and it just played the commercials for that. Did something change fairly recently? What did I miss? (or have I gone mad?)
