Being sick is awful

Seems everyone and their mother in my town has been sick lately, so 'twas bound to happen sooner or later. The man got sick, I took care of him, and as usual- the day he feels better, I'm a sniffling tired mess.

If anybody else is feeling like crap, too- I can sympathize. :(.

13. Bummer.
I can totally sympathize, only thru my kid. He had a bad flu and had to stay home from middle school for three days last week. He had a fever that lasted 5 days. Yours truly took care of Whiny Boy and I'm happy to say he's doing much better and was back at school today.

This, too, shall pass.

Hang in there, gf.

14. get well soon
I just was getting over a ten-day siege of respiratory flu-crud, when early this morning I got clobbered by a stomach virus. Yeck. Now it feels like I got hit by a train.

I can relate. Get well soon!

15. my husband had it first,
then i was lucky enough to get it (in spite of all the echinacea, airborne, etc.)....i even went to my doctor who gave me this fabulous cough medicine, my daughter came in from london with the smae symptoms as the rest of us (her husband has managed to stay untouched by this miserable bug).

the damn thing is relentless and just hangs on and on.
