I've been thinking about war and freedom, and came up with this law:

I think that any congressperson who votes to go to war, or to authorize military action, and the president and his/her entire cabinet who decide to go to war or partake in warlike actions, all their children, grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, etc., as well as their brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, and cousins, between the ages of 18-40 should be required to report for military duty within 24 hours of said vote (and if the congressperson, president, or cabinet members is between 18-40, he or she has to report as well).

And, by law, not a single one of these will be allowed to be officers (unless they happen to already be one), none will be allowed to remain stateside, and all will be put in the front lines.

No cushy bullshit service for them.

I think that will make the fuckers a little more careful in how they handle the military powers of their roles.

Unless they're willing to put their family on the line, or go there themselves, the fuckers have NO MORAL RIGHT to vote for war.

Oh, and senators, congresspeople, the president, all cabinet members, and the VOP should ALL be required to divest themselves of ALL stock holdings, and put everything in t-bills ONLY, when they come to power. No "blind trusts" or any of that bullshit.
