8. Staying indoors does help

But it really is cold; this morning it was freezing inside my room. Going outside, even if it's just for a few hundred meters, does hurt; it goes straight through all layers of clothing.

On the bright side: it looks fantastic, blue sky, clear air and the lakes will have a stable surface in no time.

9. I am really glad at the moment

that I am in middle Germany where it isn't as cold.

But Bavaria got it even worse. Minus 30°C. No thank you.

Can you go out and take pictures? We have blue sky also but I have to work and can't take pictures.
