AGH! I hate being computer ignorant. I have:

I figured out how to delete the music already on the MP3 player but cannot get said music files on computer to somehow jump into my MP3 player. Dammit, dammit, dammit! I am waaaayyy too dependent on my husband.

This should be easy and I should be ashamed of myself, right?

1. Most MP3 players use USB

There should be a cable that runs from the USB port on your computer to the MP3 player. Then you need a program such as Windows Media Player, MusicMatch, etc to add files to your player.

No actually, this MP3 player doesn't need a cable. It plugs right in to the USB port. I thought I could just copy files from the C: drive to the removable G: drive. Bah! I think I have figured it out using Windows Media Player. Wish me luck!

actually, you should be able to do just that. The mp3 player is just a portable storage device, after all. If you have Windows XP you don't even need any extra software.
