1. Do you believe in people?
It's people, not some tall, ancient white-bearded god in the sky, who do most of the damage, gf.

He was old and had a hell of a white beard...but he could've been Santa, too.

3. You can't blame
the imaginary friend of some people for every thing that goes wrong in the world. Be compassionate and ethical and put your trust in science and nature. Human nature can do both good and evil. Hopefully, there are more people in the world who want what is best for the general good rather than what is best just for them.

5. You need to work out
The apocalypse is a-coming, and us atheists are gonna have the run of the place. We better be in top physical shape if we are gonna fight off the minions of satan for a thousand years.

12. I don't beleive
that we will. :) See, if it happens then we have to have an alternative non-relgious explanation for the apocalypse. Some agnostics will be around still but those who are holding on to their loved ones as they fly skyward will make it at least as far as limbo, or pergatory. :P

9. A Little over 15 years ago I found myself
a non-believer in god who was also pissed as hell at him.

Today, I believe in something, and whatever it is, I am still pissed at it...

14. I believe in God
BUT if he didn't exist we would have to pretend he did so we could blame this mess on somebody or something.

Free will sucks. Bad idea. Sometimes I wonder how he can be God if he had such a bad idea.

16. I'm a garden variety atheist
I don't like the term "weak atheist". I don't deny the existence of god, I simply don't believe.

It's not "god" whose neck I want to wring though, it is the necks of those who commit (or promote the commission of) abominations in "his" name.
