Any Other Opus Fans Out There?

I bought the 25 year collection of Sunday Comics and it is just hysterical.

2. Our paper just shrunk all of the cartoons

Including Opus. I don't get it. Opus should be big and bold and really easy to see.

3. Opus = Bloom County

I love how the new "Opus" strip has basically become Bloom County.

4. There were others, too.

I think one was Outland or Outlander, then Bloom County and now Opus. They are all great.

And he was the cartoonist in "Second Hand Lion." If you saw that. Its a great movie. But the boy grew up to be a cartoonist and the cartoons were in the background - and they were Berkley's cartoons. He faked the name in the credits so it looked like someone else - but his cartoons are hard to miss they are so distinctive.

After the movie was when he started doing the new strip that is in the papers now.

5. I bought the 1970's -80-'s Christmas Opus on Ebay last year!

others that I have forgotten in my current drunken state ...
