Pizza.....why pizza?
Why does pizza get delivered? Why can't I get a shish-ka-bob or a steak? I know many places do deliver them too...but why is pizza the prominent delivery item? I don't get it...how did this start? Who started it?

Why can't I get a thanksgiving turkey delivered?

1. Depends On Where You Live
The chances are a lot better in NYC or Chicago than it is in Beverly, Ohio or Williamsburg, KY.

I guess the key word is "Disposable Income" which isn't included in the PNAC's nightmare of "Peace And Prosperity."

Dough bottom means it doesn't stick to cardboard, keeps warm well, easy to mass produce...
