Cold germs are everywhere - I can't stop catching colds .
Edited on Thu Jan-19-06 04:25 AM by CarolinaPeridot
ACHOOO ! :: sniff :: Ok I am sick of catching colds . I just got over a cold two weeks ago and now I am hacking away again . Everyone at my job sick :: sniff :: . I started to feel miserable ::ACHOO:: Sunday evening at work to the point that I was nauseous , dizzy and had the chills . To top that off we have been working a lot of overtime so I don't get that much rest . Everytime I have to use the computer or phone at work I spray it down with disenfectant because I want these cold germs to die .

2. Me too, I've had my second this season.
I hate it. I was really sick over Christmas and now here I go again. This time I'm trying Zinc lozenges and green tea with ginseng. The Zinc is supposed to reduce the symptoms and duration of the cold, as is the ginseng. I'm on Day Three of the cold and I think it's a little bit better than last time. Or maybe I'm just used to this by now.

i've read that using the same toothbrush can be the culprit if you keep catching a cold

11. Those Airborne fizzies taste good and seem to work for me!
They are full of vitamins and echinacea, etc. to boost your immune system. I take them whenever I start feeling anything coming on, and so far, so good, I haven't gotten sick. They have them in bulk at my Costco, but you can get them at any drugstore.

I hope you feel better!
