17. If he's republican, then obviously he shouldn't be punished at all,

and any question of punishment is just divisive, partisan slander insinuating that he HAS done something illegal, which he can't, because he's the president and he needs to be able to operate freely without fear of the Senate or Congress hamstringing him.

If he's democrat, he should be kept on constant impeachment trial even if he hasn't done anything wrong, just in case he might do something wrong later.
