Slipping into a second audio program mode on its own? I know it sounds weird, but my husband and I tried to re-set it, to no avail. Finally, I called the 800 number listed in my manual. They read me a statement that the company is aware of this problem happening spontaneously to many customers all over the country but they don't think it is a problem with the product!!!
I'm thinking little green men caused this. Or maybe it is a terrorist plot. Or maybe a result of Bush's illegal wiretapping. Betcha only liberals have this problem!
The way they told me to fix the problem: unplug the TV for several hours and then plug it in again and re-set. Now why didn't I think of that?
