everybody dies?
I just lost my sister at the weekend.
I'm 41 on Tuesday.
My head nor my heart can make sense of it .
|Why?
I cant get an anwser.
My heart is all mixed up.
If this post means nothing to you,I understand.
If it does.
I wanted to tell my sister something but never got the chance.
Love is a silent tear falling.

9. Death is the greatest mystery of all and yet, true love NEVER dies
Please accept my heartfelt sympathies for the loss of your beloved sister. I believe it's still possible for you to "complete" with her, even though she has crossed over to the other side. You can still tell her what she means to you. The language of the heart surpasses the illusion of separation.

I send you my best good wishes for Healing, Peace and Comfort at this most difficult time.

Be gentle with yourself.

14. I'm sorry about your loss.
Events like this make life suck. Turn it around. Find something that she was interested in and get involved.
Did she like to read? Donate some books to your local library, nursing home or school in her memory. Nature? Plant a tree in a local park for all to enjoy. Did she love babies? Offer to rock newborns at a neonatal center or donate baby items to a local WIC, DFS or homeless shelter.

Do something in her memory. Simple acts like these are the best way to help you grieve and to allow the community a chance to know what kind of person she was.

15. Oh my dear REDKING.......
I am in tears over your sudden and horrifying loss.....

What a terrible thing you are suffering now......This sudden rupture......

How beautifully you say it: "Love is a silent tear falling."

And indeed it is.......for you now. Let the tears fall.....they will help you heal.

We will stand with you during this time of grief......

21. I can believe that you don't know what to do......
Loss, especially sudden and unexpected loss, can leave us feeling that way.....

I think the other poster who had suggestions about your sister's legacy had some good ideas.....

Can you implement some of them?

One day you will smile and laugh again...you WILL!

In the meantime, the loss is so new and fresh.....let yourself grieve. And remember her......

For while you remember someone, you still have them ........ :pals:

20. I'm so sorry REDKING. I lost my brother when I was 40.
And he was 35. He lived life on the edge and died of a heroin OD.
As mad as I still am at him, I still miss him greatly.
Just try to remember the good in her and the good memories you have of her. It wont make the pain go away but will numb it a little bit.
Myheart goes out to you and her family.

Life is eternal;

Save the limit of our sight....

36. My heart goes out to you.

I am so sorry for your pain.

Here is something I did the last time someone important to me died: I started writing down all the little things that were unique to her, and all the little things that we shared just us two, and every good memory of her that made me smile. I kept the list with me everywhere I went, folded up in my pocket. As people talked about her in the days after her death, more little things came to mind and I added them to the list. I could read through the list whenever I needed to, and think about her so much more clearly, and with pure love... and then I could feel a connection with her. And I could say the things I needed to say. And I know she heard.

Maybe this will be helpful to you. I hope so.
