I'll look forward to your repositioning it in the near future; hopefully when our government isn't so topsy turvy :) !

7. I used to change mine periodically, but I've decided to keep my...
"American flag in the distressed position" avatar until we're past most of this mess that is our country today. I'm probably going to have this avatar for a while. :(

9. It was seasonal - but is not any more.
It was of "The Ashes" which the England cricket team won back in the summer :bounce: but after a wee while it didn't seem to make much sense to keep it, so eventually we got Our Lady of Walsingham.

38. What else would they do?
They are English afterall, winning the Ashes was ok because against Australia everybody can be the under-dog. But once you've got a win like that under your belt, you need to have a dash of losing to give others a chance.

Partly because I'm bored with it, partly because I think I want somethign more advocacy-oriented.

your strong beliefs in animal rights, etc. :hi:

WritingIsMyReligion. I know that yours is Maine, but there are lots of states where I need to open the user's profile to figure out. I should be embarrassed, but I'm not. :D (I have other strengths.)

29. Aww, CMW, you're sweet, but I don't have that gold star,
so I've got to stick with what DU provides. And I can't really donate, since I'm underage, as much as I might want to some days.

34. I've changed a few times.
Thom Hartmann's writings reflect my own opinions and concerns. The fist was agressive, but ultimately there was no further message that could be conveyed by it. On my own message forum, I change the avatar for fun, because it's just car talk.
