It is BBC radio, Radio nan Gaidheal. I can't understand anything the announcer says, but the music is fabulous! They have an online stream.
Happy listening.

1. Usually if the Beeb does something it does it right. Usually.
And Radio Nan Gaidheal is one of 'em except that there isn't enough transmitters and space for their service throughout Scotland. I don't understand Gaelic either.

Personally I think that BBC does a disservice to local radio throughout Scotland (and Wales - NI is too small to worry too much) - apart from a few parts where local opt outs still survive they have just Radio Scotland. England is more blessed when it comes to local radio. But that's just my POV and is totally removed to most of those in USA.

IIRC Radio Cymru has more speech than anything. But I guess it's the place for Welsh music.

Certainly gives more variety than just listening to the Thistle & Shamrock on your local NPR affiliate once a week.

Mark.
