2. I love "Disco Duck," too!
Have ever since I first heard it, when I was a kid. Now it's got nostalgia value plus I recognize it as a brilliant parody of the disco culture that actually preceded the pinnacle of that culture.

"Got to have me a woman!"

I love it.

That and "Convoy" and "Kung Fu Fighting," along with lost of other maligned '70s ditties ("The Night Chicago Died," "Blockbuster," etc) form a cherished part of the soundtrack of my life.

4. I love the photo! "Shake a tailfeather MAMA!"
Convoy and Kung Fu Fighting are both excellent parodies making fun of
CB radio and Bruce Lee movie fads.

What's your position on the Village People's "Macho Man"?

34. Don't go changin'... to try and please me...
You never let me down before...

We CAN overcome this. We'll just have to keep separate iPods, is all.

Well, that was easy enough. Honestly, I don't know what people are always bitching about - relationships seem pretty simple to me...

It's not so much the "Disco Duck" matter or even a "Macho Man" thing as it is the "James Taylor" issue. But let's not make a fuss in public...

the theme from "Titanic" by Celine Dion; My heart will go on.

added the lyrics on edit.

Celine Dion - My Heart Will Go On (titanic) Lyrics

Every night in my dreams
I see you. I feel you.
That is how I know you go on.

Far across the distance
And spaces between us
You have come to show you go on.

Near, far, wherever you are
I believe that the heart does go on
Once more you open the door
And you're here in my heart
And my heart will go on and on

Love can touch us one time
And last for a lifetime
And never go till we're one

Love was when I loved you
One true time I hold to
In my life we'll always go on

Near, far, wherever you are
I believe that the heart does go on
Once more you open the door
And you're here in my heart
And my heart will go on and on

There is some love that will not
go away

You're here, there's nothing I fear,
And I know that my heart will go on
We'll stay forever this way
You are safe in my heart
And my heart will go on and on

21. Afternoon Delight.
:)

Afternoon Delight
( Starland Vocal Band )

Gonna find my baby, gonna hold her tight
Gonna grab some afternoon delight
My motto's always been 'when it's right, it's right'
Why wait until the middle of a cold dark night?
When everything's a little clearer in the light of day
And we know the night is always gonna be there any way

Thinkin' of you's workin' up my appetite
Looking forward to a little afternoon delight
Rubbin' sticks and stones together makes the sparks ingite
And the thought of lovin' you is getting so exciting
Sky rockets in flight
Afternoon delight
Afternoon delight
Afternoon delight

Started out this morning feeling so polite
I always though a fish could not be caught who wouldn't bite
But you've got some bait a waitin' and I think I might try nibbling
A little afternoon delight
Sky rockets in flight
Afternoon delight
Afternoon delight
Afternoon delight

Please be waiting for me, baby, when I come around
We could make a lot of lovin' 'for the sun goes down

Thinkin' of you's workin' up my appetite
Looking forward to a little afternoon delight
Rubbin' sticks and stones together makes the sparks ingite
And the thought of lovin' you is getting so exciting
Sky rockets in flight
Afternoon delight
Afternoon delight
Afternoon delight

Afternoon delight!

30. "More Than Words" by Extreme
I've always thought this song was so sweet, but most people seem to hate it (or at least claim to).

There are several dozens more as well. I'm a music critic's worst nightmare; but hey, I just like what I like.
