Help! I'm having problems with iTunes.
I downloaded an album I bought from Rhapsody's music store, and can't get it to play on my Nano. I can't get anything from Rhapsody to play on it. Actually, it will play one time, and after that it just cycles past the Rhapsody acquired stuff when I try to play it. I tried playing them on my computer, and an error pops up telling me my computer isn't authorized to play it, and would I like to authorize? I say yes, and when I try to play it again, the same prompt comes up, telling me I need to authorize it (anything from Rhapsody). Is this just Rhapsody?

I have no problem playing MP3s imported from my CD collection, or ones I bought from iTunes. I haven't tried any other sources.

1. sounds like a DRM problem with Rhapsody content

is it MP3 format, or something proprietary like AAC (Apples format) or WMA (Windows format)?

From their FAQ -

13. How does my iPod work with Rhapsody?
Rhapsody can transfer all your personal MP3s and any downloads you purchase from Rhapsody to your iPod. However, the iPod does NOT support Rhapsody To Go our any Rhapsody subscription music at this time.

I must not have seen that part of their FAQ. When they told me I could transfer to the iPod I just figured that meant it would work on the iPod, otherwise why would you bother? It's a shame because I like their selection better than iTunes and these particular songs and albums aren't available on iTunes :(

ETA that it does actually play one time, and one time only. So, I wonder if this isn't a format issue, but some sort of authorization glitch. I know that you can only authorize up to 5 different computers for each item you buy.
