Poll question: "Regifting on ebay"
Okay yesterday on the Today show the financial analyst was one to offer every single rationalization you could imagine for not only regifting but selling Christmas gifts on ebay...like NOW!!!

So what are your thoughts on selling gifts you don't want on ebay?

1. I suppose if given the choice, I'd rather have someone sell.....
..a gift I gave them instead of having them sticking it in a closet
and never using it.
...and also, once I GIVE something to someone, it's truly theirs to do what they want with it.

..If I ever caught someone selling a gift that I gave them,
next year, I'd package up a horse turd and say "Sell this, you ungreatful Piece of human garbage".

NO..Wait..I've got a better one:

Hi Grandma, Here's your gift...I ah...noticed you sold the gift I gave you last year.
Well grandson..I needed the money.
No problem, Grandma..But you have to open this one in the back-yard..at least 50 feet from the house.
(Grandma goes in back-yard...opens the box, triggers the Dynomite..peels half the paint off the house)

I turn to Grandpa:..Heh..Heh, Grandma won't be selling any more Presents..

9. My perspective won't be appreciated either, then....
...because once I give something away I couldn't care less what they do with it. I'd rather see them get use out of it one way or another.

Sorry.

2. FYI...
My nephew *loves* his Chia Taz... He plans on raising it and caring for it!

He has responsibilities now!

So grown up! *sigh*

7. One of my friends-who's-a-girl...
Gave me the herb garden a couple of years ago.

I tried to be a farmer... But, I think the seeds were old. Only the parsley
sprouted and then died shortly thereafter.

Guess I'm just a green dumb. :7
