Recommended by my doctor. Buy two 64 oz. bottles of grapefruit juice. If you don't like the straight grapefruit juice, you can drink the blends. Drink both bottles within 24 hrs. The combination of the vitamin C and the diuretic properties of the grapefruit juice totally flush out your system. And your cold doesn't take hold. I've done this twice and my cold vanished. It's also worked for coworkers...who were understandably skeptical.

during cold I had couple of weeks ago, I started feeling punky, so strated in using Airborne again and felt better immediately!

I used Airborne and Zicam, and the cold that started out as the kind that your throat and lungs send the message that this one is going to very bad, the duration was very short...only about 3-4 days.

And Airborne makes gummy chews and a liquid for kids...it's on their site.

30. Zinc nasal spray

feels weird but works well. I had a nasty cold that turned into bronchitis last year, Matcom did the spray and had the cold for two days and it disapeared. Might be worht a shot (no pun intended).
