:rofl: Just how did you know we're doing duck for Christmas? You been buggin' our house like someone else we know but won't mention? Don't wish to spoil the holiday spirit of the Lounge by speaking of the turds floating in our National Punchbowl. But we're doing ours outside on the grill (and, yes, I do think the weather will cooperate - it's not always 10 below here). Complete with the little packet of orange sauce.

with Mr 'pede. The grill is his thing. It's going on the grill rack on another rack above a pan to catch the fat. Duck can be fatty. We have a rotisserie thing but he's not using it for this. Fresh asparagus and I don't know what else yet on the side.
