Donald Rumsfeld is giving President Bush his daily briefing. At the conclusion he adds "Also, yesterday 3 Brazilian soldiers were killed.

The President jumps out of his chair and screams "Goddammit, this is terrible" and fall back into his chair rocking and sucking his thumb.

The staff is now horrified and very nervous, not knowing whether to shit or wind their watches.

After about 15 minutes of rocking, thumb-sucking and a brief number from Auntie Mame. The President looks up with a deer in headlights expression and asks "How many is a Brazilian?"
