1. Gumby...
"Merry Christmas, Dammit" was on the first episode of SNL I ever saw. I thought it was the funniest thing EVER.

5. Ladies, my balls are here for your pleasure.
But your balls are misshapen!

Yes, I left them on the hot oven too long.

6. Global Warming Christmas Special
Edited on Thu Dec-22-05 11:15 PM by BigMcLargehuge
with Dean Martin (Tom Hanks) and Carl Sagan (Mike Myers)

featuring -

Donny and Marie Osmond (making out behind the Christmas tree)
Sally Strothers (completely baffled by her script about global warming)
Isaac Asimov (Phil Hartman) and Crystal Gale singing "Silver Bells". The punchline is a drunk Dean Martin wiping molten peanut brittle in her hair.)
and The Solid Gold Dancers

Funniest Christmas Sketch ever, I still quote it every Christmas - especially the song Jingle Bells with the lyrics changed to reflect a globally warmed environment that completely flumoxes Dean Martin.

Dean: An abundance of Cho???
Carl: Dean, that's the chemical symbol for Clorfluorocarbon, CHoH4
Dean: Well the CHO must go on!

31. I was off--it's on E! but not a marathon--
I was probably on-line and not really paying attention when the ad aired, and misunderstood.

This week on E! at noon they are showing holiday episodes. I heard all this week on E! and equated that to marathon. :dunce: Sorry, I didn't mean to get your hopes up.

15. The Dysfunctional Family Christmas album commercial

Announcer: You'll get "Cant' You Let It Drop, It's Christmas", "What I Want You Can't Buy Me", "Fruitcake And Shame", and "Why Am I The Only One Who Knows What Christmas Really Means?" And many more.

Announcer: Just imagine - 24 timeless standards, including the classic "Carol Of Intimacy":

Son (Dana Carvey singing to the tune of the bell song):

"Leave me alone! Please go away!
I'm doing fine! Just get away!
"Leave me alone! Please go away!
I'm doing fine! Just get away!
"Leave me alone! Please go away!
I'm doing fine! Just get away!"

27. Stuart Smalley and Michael Jordan
I'll never forget Stuart trying to get Michael to say he had an inferiority complex.

Stuart: Do you ever feel other people are better than you?
Michael: No
Stuart: Do you ever feel other people could do your job better than you do?
Michael: No
Stuart: Now, Michael, aren't we just a little bit in denial?
Michael: No

Of course, then Michael looked in the mirror and said, "I'm smart enough, I'm good enough, and doggone it, people like me."
