Do you moisturize?
If so, what do you use?

1. Yes, I do moisturize, my dear MrScorpio......
I am currently using the Cucumber/Melon cream which is made by Bath and Body Works.....It was a gift from a gf for my birthday, and I really like it....

The scent lasts all day! But it isn't overpowering..just delicate...

:woohoo:

6. I LOVE Cucumber Mellon!
Spritz. Another one I liked alot was "Juniper Breeze" until I over-did it and got sick of the stuff. I'm getting back into it though. Another good one is "Sweet Pea". I bet if they didn't have such dumb names they'd make alot more money.

When is your B-Day? Mine is Dec. 4rth,

7. My dear Maine Mary.......
My birthday was Nov. 27th....And my gf gave me the spritz too, as well as the body wash. So far I haven't used those......I'm still using up the soap I had before.

I'm trying to not overdo using it..but the stuff is so moisturizing, that I only need to apply it twice a day.......

I really like it!

20. That's great!
And I know what you mean. It's IMHO pretty good quality stuff for moisturizing. Also, good plan to keep from overdoing it. Have your gf get you something of a different smell for Christmas so you can alternate. Call it a stocking stuffer if you "suggest" it though.

4. Is this a serious question? If so....
yes I do. I use Clinique moisturizer because my skin is extremely sensitive.

8. I was wondering the same thing.
But yeah..I use Cetaphil Moisturizing with SPF15 suncreen in it.

I insist on protecting my skin from those bad rays. And..no wrinkles are a great benefit.

12. For my feet and hands, I love Avon's Moisture Therapy. I don't like...
most Avon products, but I have a tube of this stuff all over the place. (On my desk at work, at the sink, in my purse, in my dresser drawer by the bed.) I'm addicted to it. The only place that I don't use it is on my face.

14. Same thing. It's got almost no scent, and certainly not a feminine...
scent if there is a bit of a scent.

My husband usually refused to use anything even though his hands are horribly cracked. He agreed to try it and he thinks that it's very effective. (And he's extremely particular.)

It's not like regular hand lotion; it's got the same consistency as Vaseline but it's not greasy like Vaseline.

Origins Look Alive moisturizer. It makes my skin so soft and "bright." It is a bit heavy, but doesn't make me breakout at all. I swear by the stuff, despite the $21 pricetag for just 1.7 ounces.

For my body, I use Bliss Lemon and Sage Body Butter. :)

23. Nivea lotion.
But I learned many years ago from an old RN I used to work w/ that one of the best things you can use for really dry skin is Crisco. Slather it on scaly patches, broken skin, cracked heels-even diaper rash on babies.
I use it on my feet in the wintertime and it works better than anything I've found. I put it on after my shower and put on cotton socks, then put in on again in the morning before I go to work. I also used it (per her advice) on my daughter's diaper rash when she was a baby and it immediately cleared up.

24. I used to use Nuetrogena unscented body lotion - a truly
scentless and completely un-greasy product, but it is hard to find and kind of expensive. Also there are three teenagers in the house so now I buy 4 or 5 bottles of whatever is on sale and have a selection on the back of the toilet. Ususally Suave or some such.

I also have a small stash of rose water creme I bought on a trip to Turkey - it works well and smells pretty "rosy" but I don't use it often.

27. Yes, I use a variety of products
For my hands I generally use Avon Moisture Therapy Hand Cream, and sometimes Cumquat Body Butter by Mor

For my feet I use the CVS version of Eucerin cream

For general moisturizing I use whatever lotion was on sale last time I shopped, currently Jergens

29. water
Three ways:

a) humidifier. A large Bionaire that puts out enough moisture that my entire house is comfortable.

b) drinking. I prefer Italian sparkling mineral water. I drink lots of water all year round but even more in the winter.

c) steaming. I have a facial steamer. After the water is absorbed by the skin, I seal it in with layer of petroleum jelly. You would not believe how nice your face feels in the morning.

Cher
