2. Does NSMA still surf?
Sounds like she would enjoy those waves. :-)

I think I would prefer to be on the beach watching them.

4. How could it even feel like Christmas at 90 degrees?
Edited on Thu Dec-22-05 07:44 PM by RebelOne
I lived in South Florida most of my life where it was usually 70 to 80 degrees during the Xmas holidays. That sucks!!! I now live in North Georgia where we have decent weather for the holidays, which is in the 30s to 50s and I love it. I went down to South Florida to see my daugher 3 years ago for Xmas. I was never so miserable because the temperatures were in the low 80s and high 79s at night. How can it feel like Xmas when you have tropical temperatures?

5. Christmas is a state of mind.
Most of mine have been tropical or warm weather, and Dec 25 always arrives:)

6. AAARRGGGHH
I tried to get out there for this swell.
Wife put her foot down and told me in no uncertain terms, Christmas wasn't the time to leave town to go surfing.

That wave does look like it might have been worth sleeping on the sofa for a while.
