I have a question regarding clicking on posts. Sometimes, when I click on a post, I can't read it. It doesn't come up for me. Every other post I want to read is fine, but for one. For example, right now, when I go to the Greatest Page and click on understandinglife's post "Dear Gov Dean..." I will get a blank screen. Every other post is fine when I click on them, except for this one. What is wrong? Is there something I need to do to be able to read them properly?

I'm wondering if it has to do with understandinglife's use of the excerpt boxed text. Does the same thing happen to you with this post as well:

Sounds like there is something on the page that is stopping the page from loading (I know... duh)... but I can't see anything different on that page than the other I linked, except that the quoted text is a lot longer in the excerpt.

Do you get a time-out error on the page, or does it just load a blank screen with no error (or does it continue to show the hourglass without timing out)?

(I'd suggest trying firefox... which you can download here for free... http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/ I'm curious to see if it happens through that browser as well.)

7. I just tried Mozilla's Firefox and was able to view it

My computer professional brother would prefer I use Firefox anyway, but why is MSN Explorer not letting me view this?

No idea why IE is not showing it. Sounds like a timeout issue.

I get a blank screen and there is no hourglass. The bottom of the screen says Done. Anyway, at least I can view it with Firefox. Thanks again! :hi:
