10. Blue Bell Creamery!
Headquartered in Brenham, Texas, this company sells ice cream in Texas & adjoining states. Featured flavors this month include:

Buñuelos - Creamy cinnamon ice cream with crispy cinnamon and sugar coated Buñuelos pastry pieces and a praline cinnamon sauce swirl.

Dos Amigos- The unique flavoring of Mexican Vanilla swirled with a Mexican chocolate ice cream that has a hint of cinnamon.

Blue Bell invented Cookes & Cream ice cream. And they have a bunch of other flavors, in pints & gallons.

14. Custard Beach
They used to have a stand down below in Grand Central Terminal. They had the richest, creamiest ice cream ever. Plus, their Brooklyn Brownie was fantastic (a fudge brownie, heated, with a couple of scoops of ice cream, covered by hot fudge... mmmmmmmm.....)

But they closed.
