8. No. We didn't even put up a big tree.

We got little 3' live trees (one of them is dying, though). We're moving, so we didn't fuss a lot. Of course, we never did put the lights on the palm trees!

They usually have a big light display at one of the local parks, but it got cancelled this year because of hurricane Wilma. They had too much damage. One of our traditions is to drive through that 3 or 4 times. They charge by the car (about $5) and you can go through twice on one ticket. I'm missing it this year. :(

that has about 125k lights...

I swear on a cloudy night, an airplane might think it was the approach to the runway....

Classic case of throw money at it...

Cause there ain't no pattern, or plan or naything... Just a mess of inflatable statues all over the yard...

What I don't get is where people put the stuff for the rest of the year. These houses have NO storage space! Everything that used to be in the basement, garage, and attic now has to fit in the garage. Hmmm ... maybe that explains why we're practically the only house in the neighborhood that actually uses the garage for the cars. :shrug:
