....watched this again late last night...I always loved this movie...noticed towards the end after they show the base of the WTC..the clock on the wall right before trading starts..the hands on the clock are on 9 and 11...freaky coincidence.

1. Re hands of clock at WTC:
The guys who really did it would take great pleasure at an inside joke like this. You just know Cheney thinks this movie is a big yock-fest. Maybe we should post this to the 9/11 forum :eyes:

9. HILARIOUS movie... one of my top ten favorite comedies
I also love, LOVE, the little-noticed follow-up to the tale of the humiliated and impoverished Randolph and Mortimer in "Coming to America." :woohoo:

14. So that's where it was!
I couldn't remeber where the two old guys did that cameo.

I love Trading Places... maybe I'll watch it again tonight.

15. Hilarious movie.
I even spoke to John Landis (the director) over the phone, on my birthday, no less, and complimented him on this movie.

19. You know what's even weirder?
Not only was it my birthday, but I talked to him at the exact time I was born, too. I was filling in for a receptionist when he called and identified himself. I said, "John Landis? The director?" He said yes, then I said, "I love Trading Places," then he said thanks and I took the message he wanted to leave. Sounded like a nice guy.
