I have the worst heartburn...

right now. I've been taking Nexium for the past year and it has worked beautifully, but our crappy insurance has decided that there are certain medicines that they will no longer cover and Nexium is one. If I still want Nexium, I can get it, but it will cost me @ $150.00 vs. $5.00.
Doc has told me to try Prilosec, so I'm going to pick some up after work. :mad:

Coffee is like battery acid, I have to be on something or chew TUMS every 20 minutes.

5. Don't know if you've tried this for temporary relief
Chew up 3-4 antacids and drink a glass of milk. Helps me out in a pinch :hi:
