I've heard a lot of strange tribute albums, but this one is the weirdest.

1. Huh. I'd probably buy 3,945,706 albums before I considered that one.
The guitaist from Yes doing songs by a famous writer thousands of others have already done before?

Sorry, I've got that "Hilary Duff sings Leonard Cohen" disk I need to hear first.

4. No, but her reading of the line, "Give me anal sex and crack" is
devastating.

5. Admit it.
You'd say the same thing no matter who was reading that line.

6. It helps if she's blonde and barely legal, but yeah, you got me.
I could listen to Kirk Douglas (post-stroke) sing that line and get chills up my back.

3. I just picked up a used copy two weeks ago...
...and didn't get far listening to it. No fiery acoustic guitar work. Just kinda ordinary. And even Annie Haslam sounds lackluster (I was a big Renaissance fan back in the day).

I'll give it about one more try.
