Why do people start threads and then not answer.

An excellent question, my dear...One I have asked myself a number of times.

Whenever I start a thread, I plan it so I can actually be at my computer for at least an hour, so that I can answer whoever comes by...

To me, this is at least common courtesy!

I mean, you start threads to get responses...so the least you can do is stick around to answer those responses....

UNLESS you have an emergency and need to leave..that's entirely different.
