1. My mom is quite fond of steak tartare.
I wouldn't have a problem with raw meat, philosophically, but I'd have to know EXACTLY where the cow came from. Preferably, a personal acquaintance with the farmer. :P

Even spinach, beet and carrot greens. Mmm, greens. I think I'm going to make some tomorrow night for supper along with baked sweet potato strips. Mmm.

you said A-1. I like A-1 when the steak isn't edible any other way. When it's good meat, rare, and seasoned properly, A-1 is anathema!
