So ignoring the fact that members of the BC administration hate gays, they send out an e-mail telling me I'm (again) on the verge of being withdrawn for non-payment.

I've been trying to give them a loan for the amount owned, but because my father, who is now undergoing severe (that is, he is suicidal) mental issues now that have prevented him from completeting the 1040 needed to compelte my financial aid file, thus enabling them to take my money and resolve my account.
