This is my 3rd drawing in Adobe Illustrator and I think I'm getting somewhere with it.

3. Its happy
Kind of has tha exuberence of the first few and the biomechanical look with out the evilness of the most recent. I also lkie the shadings and shadows to give it some depth

6. Nice work, Chavez.
Once again your progress with the program is obvious. I totally agree with p1: shading and highlights make a big difference. Keep at it, man.

9. A suggestion...
The two objects in the back aren't receding, color/value-wise.

Use a shade of green that's slightly less bright...or, use transparency to make them a little lighter.

Otherwise, nice work.

10. Another thing I'm going to do is lighten the fill on the outline on the
receding parts. The old atmospheric perspective - thanks old masters!

Thanks for the advice

Keep at it though...it takes practice and persistence to excel in this medium (like pretty much any other medium).
