Someone help me Please, with iOffer website

I've never bought from eBay or iOffer, nor have I used Paypal.

I found a nice gift for my grandaughter on iOffer and just paid the asking price instead of bidding. I signed up the usual questionaire, name, mailing address, password, etc. etc.

I received the invoice from te seller and chose to pay with Discover (just clicked on method of payment). However, when I filled out the form to join iOffer there weren't any fields requesting cc info.

I've emailed the seller twice asking him how do I send him the cc info thru a secure site and haven't received a response. I emailed iOffer and it will take 2 days for them to get back to me with a response I would very much like to have this for Christmas.

What the hell am I doing wrong!! :banghead: :cry:
