Anthrax Scare At Lambeau Field
Green Bay Packer football practice was delayed nearly
two hours today after a player reported finding an
unknown white powdery substance on the practice field.

Coach Mike Sherman immediately suspended practice
while police and federal investigators were called to
investigate.

After a complete analysis, FBI forensic experts
determined that the white substance unknown to the
players was the goal line.

Practice was resumed after special agents decided the
team was unlikely to encounter the substance again.

Go Pack :)

2. LOL. Good one. My friend sent me this one this morning:
APPLETON WI (AP) - A seven-year-old boy was at the center of a Appleton, Wis. courtroom drama yesterday when he challenged a court ruling over who should have custody of him. The boy has a history of being beaten by his parents and the judge initially awarded custody to his aunt, in keeping with child custody law and regulations requiring that family unity be maintained to the degree possible.

The boy surprised the court when he proclaimed that his aunt beat him more than his parents and he adamantly refused to live with her. When the judge then suggested that he live with his grandparents, the boy cried out that they also beat him. After considering the remainder of the immediate family and learning that domestic violence was apparently a way of life among them, the judge took the unprecedented step of allowing the boy to propose who should have custody of him.

After two recesses to check legal references and confer with child welfare officials, the judge granted temporary custody to the Green Bay Packers, whom the boy firmly believes are not capable of beating anyone.

7. The Pack scored more on Sunday than I thought they would.
Edited on Mon Dec-05-05 01:00 PM by XNASA
I had them down for a -5.

I thought the over/under should have been -1.

9. They chewed up some turf on the
mighty Bears D. Favre's career is on the far tail end o fthe bell curve. He looks awful, and should retire before he gets to be Willie Mays.

10. Favre's footwork is so bad now.......
..he was barely fast enough to make the handoffs off tackle.

Over 50 attempts and zero TD passes???? It's time for him to become a backup on some mediocre warm weather team closer to home.

13. His footwork, and the fact that
his passes are not lasers any more, so that those that usede to arrive a second before the D got there are arriving just afterward.

It really pisses me off that he's probably going to win a WI Senate seat within the next few years.

21. I doubt it (senate seat)
Brett's heart is still in Mississippi. That's part of the problem this year, I think.

17. Does it have to be mediocre?
Or could it really, really suck great big green rocks?

(hint: see avatar)

His name recognition might just about make the nut if we are to pull through these next couple of years without a "teamnapping".

8. Good morning!
That was a shoe-on-the-other-foot moment, wasn't it?

No disputing Favre's amazing record against the Bears, but yesterday was fun to watch.

26. It's tough to make plays with all new people
Favre doesn't have the instinctive relationship with the receivers that he had with some of the earlier players that let them sometimes pull the play off out of nowhere.

Still, the Pack is the Pack.

that John Elway couldn't get home after the game.
Somebody had put an end zone in front of his house.
Go Giants!!
