1. Slippers.

I'm sick of getting bits of pointy whatever-no-see-ums in my socks that seem to derive endless joy from working their way into my arch, embedding themselves deep in my socks' fabric whenever I walk around the apartment.
I spend half and hour a day trying to get those little do-bobs out of my socks.

2. Well, I know that Santa is bringing me a bike helmet

It would be nice if my son got me something special this year. Maybe a nice pair of gold earrings, or a pretty bracelet, or even a gift card to buy some more clothes. (I'm anticipating another size change (a good one) soon.)
