11. Have a vicodin
I slept wrong last night and woke up with a painfuly tweaked back/hip, and man, the vicodin set me straight.

Bruising that kidney did something good. :D

13. Oooh my dear Xema.....
Vicodin is indeed good medicine.....but my pain thankfully isn't that sharp.....normally!

I do take some anti-inflammatory drugs daily and they help a lot...

Plus when I do my exercises......also helps!

But I thank you nonetheless......

I could do a commercial for Vicodin. That shit helped me big time yesterday with my neck.

Better living through Chemistry, that's what I say!

She is demanding to be held... just like a baby on my shoulder.
One-handed typing is hard!

A warm kitty to help my shoulder feel better!

Or she could distract me......

I hear you on one-handed typing.....impossible!

Could this have something to do with the angle with which you are sitting at your computer? This may be putting more pressure on your shoulders as you may be inadvertently moving them as you write Are you at a comfortable angle on your chair?

Sorry about all that. I'm just concerned for you :loveya:

28. If you have bone spurs in your shoulders, you may want to look
into some preventative physical therapy, and sooner rather than later.

A bone spur is the reason (OK, one of the five or six reasons, but I still have a valid point) why I'm missing the outboard three and a half inches of my left collarbone.

It's no fun. Start exercising those shoulders, now! (But I'm sure a massage would feel good in the meanwhile.)
