So, what happened to Sarahbelle, Nightrain and some others

that used to be mainstays of the lounge? I only drop my occasionally, but I never see them anymore. Did they change their usernames?:shrug:

6. OK, the hard truth

I don't know about everyone but I know about Sarahbelle - she was kicked off. I spoke to the mods about reinstating her but she broke the rules repeatedly after being warned and forced them to act. The mods weren't happy about that decision.

Unless you are an obvious freeper, the mods are pretty lenient : they let you get away with all sorts of shit. If your behaviour is too egregious, they usually first talk to you privately and try to get you to abide by the rules, before kicking you off.

I don't know about the rest - some people just take a sabbatical or become interested in other things or their lives don't give them time to hang out here anymore.

just got tired of arguing about music in the lounge. He was a strong supporter of hip hop, and it wasn't universally agreed with, I remember a few blown-gaskets during those threads.

For the record I took no position on any hip hop related discussion! I'm a guitar dude, and I usually reserve my passion for that. :)
