I wish I had a clear lid for my toilet tank so that I could see problems..

before there is a quantity of water spilled on my bathroom floor. The hose that pipes water into the tank sometimes gets dislodged by the lever that moves the stopper up to let water flow out and it would be nice to be able to see the problem before it spills water. Maybe I should get the landlord to fix the problem, but it's one of those things that I'd need to explain to the maintenance man in person to see that it gets fixed right, and I don't have time to sit around for that. Bummer.

You know how you hear people say they "retain" a lawyer just in case? Well, I hate plumbing so much, wish I had a plumber so I could say, "I'll call my plumber." I really hate plumbing.
